Our Promise

We pledge to always put the community first. That means being leaders in environmental, social and economic sustainability.

Delivering on that pledge means going beyond words and embedding sustainability into every decision we make, from how we source materials and manage job sites to how we engage with the neighborhoods we work in. We hold ourselves to measurable standards across environmental, social, and economic goals, ensuring that every project we complete leaves the community stronger, healthier, and more resilient than before.

Metrics and Goals

Tiseo Paving is dedicated to prioritizing the community, and we use clear, measurable metrics across environmental, social, and economic areas to turn our commitment into real results. For environmental impact, we track waste diversion, carbon emissions per project, energy usage, and how much locally sourced or recycled material goes into each job site. On the social side, we look at local hiring rates, community partnerships, workforce diversity and inclusion goals, and gather regular feedback from stakeholders through surveys.

Economically, we measure the value of contracts given to local subcontractors and suppliers, wages compared to living wage standards, and the long-term economic benefits our projects bring to communities. We review these metrics every quarter against set targets, and share the outcomes transparently with community stakeholders, because accountability is not just a business practice, it’s our commitment.

Sustainability

At Tiseo Paving, we measure sustainability through a balanced framework that reflects our commitment to the communities we build in. Environmentally, we track carbon emissions, waste diversion, and material sourcing on every project. Socially, we monitor local hiring, workforce diversity, and community engagement. Economically, we measure investment in local suppliers and the long-term value our projects bring to the surrounding area. Progress is reviewed regularly and shared openly with our community — because true sustainability is only meaningful when the people it affects can see it.

Carbon Emissions

We measure carbon emissions across every phase of our projects, from equipment fuel consumption and material production to transportation and waste disposal. We benchmark our emissions against industry standards and set project-specific reduction targets, prioritizing low-carbon materials and fuel-efficient practices wherever possible. Our results are tracked consistently and shared with the communities we serve, because reducing our carbon footprint isn't just good business, it's our responsibility to the people and environments we build in.

Waste Management

From demolition to final build, we measure waste by tracking diversion rates, concrete and steel recycling, and the responsible disposal of hazardous materials. We set project-specific diversion targets, prioritizing material reuse and surplus donations to local organizations. Because what we leave behind matters just as much as what we build.

Community Impact

At Tiseo Paving, we measure community impact by tracking local hiring rates, dollars invested in local subcontractors and suppliers, and the number of community partnerships built on every project. We monitor how our work improves infrastructure, creates local jobs, and contributes to the long-term economic growth of the neighborhoods we build in. Our impact metrics are reviewed regularly and shared openly with stakeholders — because building for the community means ensuring the community feels the difference.
